CNC Machining Case – Custom Wood Keyboard PCB Plate

All the wood we use is squared and planned to ensure that the finished product is flat and has a clean, defect-free texture appearance. Then, we loaded each inventory onto our customized CNC router to clean the pockets and add functionality to each unique design and create the finished outline for the shell. For captioned keyboards, we must flip the inventory and machine the back to form a cone and ensure that the back has a clean flush finish. After we have finished the net trimming, any edge trimming shall be applied manually as required, and then over-polished by gravel level to ensure an excellent smooth surface is ready for finishing. Then use tung oil or poly varnish to complete each case according to the requirements you choose, usually applying three separate coats, but sometimes more depending on how the texture pattern absorbs the finish. After each case is completed, we will test the required PCB to ensure that the case can work properly during your construction process.
